Almost every internet download junkie is fond of using torrents. Be it legal, illegal, free, genuine, pirated, personal or any kind of data - torrent gives the best platform to share files among a huge crowd. The success of torrents is because of sharing peer to peer basis which does not require high powerful, high bandwidth servers compared with file hosting sites like rapidshare.
If you are using Bittorrent or utorrent (µtorrent), this tutorial is for you to download torrent files one by one. If you use other torrent clients like Bitcomet, miro, Limewire etc, find out a similar workaround yourself to download torrent files individually one after the other.
Downloading in a series can help you order the download items based on priority and can get those important files and folders first followed by the less important ones especially if you leave your computer for a while without interrupting - eg. night time downloading of numerous files. Follow these steps in Bittorrent or utorrent.
Goto
options > preferences > queuing.
Now change the maximum number of active downloads to 1.
If you want two files to be downloaded at any time, you can change the setting to 2 and so on.
Click on Apply and you are done!
You can download all files one by one based on priority of the download content.
