No freshness when woke up in morning? Fresh morning tips

There are millions of people who suffer from different sleeping diseases. One such important problem is the lack of freshness or relaxation which they get in the morning. Every man sleep for the complete relaxation and resting of all body muscles and organ systems, but if you are not relaxed after sleeping, the sleep has no meaning.

If you are one among them, there are few important tips you can follow to get the normal refreshed mood in the morning. Note that these are not tips for sound sleep, but for freshness in the morning after sleep.

1. Warm up exercises:


Not too much expected, a jog of 5 minutes, jumping, clapping exercise, other simple warm ups like rotating the arms, shoulders, ankles, wrist etc making the total exercise time to 20-30 mins. Daily exercises can also help in getting sound sleep.

2. Morning walk:


Though this comes under exercise, there is another reason for this. For walk, you go under sunlight which stimulates your body clock and take it to day active mode from lazy night mode. You will feel refreshed when you walk under fresh sunlight and cool atmosphere.

3. Illumination with lights:


This is the last resort of a lazy man or a busy boss. If you don't have time for any above, try this. Light up all bright lights in your living room and start doing your regular work, the bright light too can influence on body clock and wakes you up internally for the new fresh day.
